How many times can I upload my QR code?

How does Featured ranking work?
Choose a Featured contribution starting from ₹1. Featured listings are ranked by verified contribution amount. For example, if one user contributes ₹1 and another contributes ₹2, the ₹2 listing appears ahead of the ₹1 listing.
Does WaisaPaisa charge a transaction fee on payments received?
